📅 Return & Exchange Window

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Product must be in original packaging
• No stains, perfume smell, or damage

Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear (if applicable)
• Items purchased during clearance sale (if you want to add this)
• Customized or altered products

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).
• Exchange shipping charges may apply.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚚 Reverse Pickup

• Reverse pickup will be arranged in eligible serviceable areas.
• If reverse pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the product.

📌 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos for verification
• We will arrange replacement at no extra cost
